In the Tri-cities, there are 300 days of sunshine, unlike the Puget sound area. Surrounded by wineries, this little community shows signs of potential for growth. Homes are still in the mid 100 thousands and if you have employment here, is a very affordable place to live and a nice place to raise a family.
